Julia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University in 2017 with a degree in Recreation, Parks and Leisure Administration to become a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Throughout her early career, she worked as an Activity Director and Memory Care Specialist in nursing homes, as well as with adults and children with disabilities in the community. Before the birth of her first child, she decided to make a career change that better suited her family life, but still fulfilled her passion to help others. She began training at Willsey Agency in December 2022. After the birth of her daughter, she returned to the agency in April 2023 as a full time licensed producer. She has been in close training with her peers to quickly expand her insurance knowledge. Julia services both commercial and personal lines. She is eager to help clients in any way to fulfill their insurance needs.

When Julia isn’t helping our clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fishing, baking, crafting, and playing sand volleyball.

Louise started her insurance career in 1975 at Stone, Stafford and Stone/Commercial Union. She began as a file clerk, working her way up to a Personal Lines Underwriter in 1983. It was at that time that she learned the technical side of Personal Lines Property Casualty Insurance. Having worked on the company side, it gave her valuable insight to what it takes to be a successful agent on the agency side. Louise left Commercial Union in 1986 to work at Brown Owen Insurance in Franklin. After two years there, she began her search for a job closer to her family in Indianapolis. In 1988, an opportunity arose at the Willsey Agency where she was offered a position as Office Manager in charge of Personal Lines, where she has enjoyed working these past three decades. Louise is still in charge of the Agency’s Personal Lines Department and enjoys her duties of writing and servicing our clientele.
